Adam Fletcher works with all kinds of organizations that are interested in youth engagement, meaningful student involvement and creating community. Teachers, youth workers, administrators, K-12 leaders, government workers, parents and other adults have benefited from Adam's consulting, training, professional development, evaluation, writing, and other services. Meaningful Student Involvement
Adam provides professional development for adults and training for students to facilitate the participation and empowerment of the most direct stakeholders in school improvement processes - students themselves. Responding to numerous calls for a short explanatory and introductory guide about meaningful student involvement, Adam prepared a series of short guides to help adults engage students as partners in school change.
